Nestled in the heart of the countryside, our apartments are perfectly located for college students, singles, or families. We have two sizes of 2/1 apartments and a few 3/1 apartments. Rentals range from $625 to $725. (Rent amounts may change without notice. Always call to verify.)
With two sizes of two bedroom / one bath apartments, in addition to our three bedroom apartments, we have something to accommodate most everyone. Features you will find in many of our units include washer & dryers and ceramic tile countertops.

Directions.

Take Hwy. 139 approximately 4 miles past Rays's PeGe to Hwy. 594. Turn right onto Hwy 594 at the blinking yellow light. After a mile there will be a fire station on the right. The apartment driveway is the next road on the right. There is a Pioneer Place Apts sign on the street. (We share a drive with them.) Turn into that drive and you will see the Lakeway Apartment sign further along the driveway, behind the other apartments.
